I was speaking to one of the representative and i asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor which she declined... and stated that my supervisor is not available as he has gone for lunch and we do not have any other supervisor available. what woul read more...
Indeed.. Patience is the key but what about customer experience.. Do u actually think customers will stick around with one company in this competitive market.. let me tell you something.. this was my 50th order with them.. so far i have never faced any problem. No Response on this... and your email response team is still unable to understand the issue. Thank you shopclues for breaking my trust upon you guys... let me just spread this words of mouth to my colleagues as well.
Its been almost 24 Hours and i am still waiting for a call back from your so called Customer services team... Is there anyone in your company who actually comes online to read such awful experience shared by the customers.
