Indeed.. Patience is the key but what about customer experience.. No Response on this... and your email response team is still unable to understand the issue. Thank you shopclues for breaking my trust upon you guys... let me just spread this words of mouth to my colleagues as well.
Its been almost 24 Hours and i am still waiting for a call back from your so called Customer services team... Is there anyone in your company who actually comes online to read such awful experience shared by the customers.
