First of All, thank you for such a pathetic customer care response that I have heard so far in my life. courtesy: Priyanka Deshmukh from Customer services. I can not forget the punch lines which makes my day. I would request somebody to please listen to the call that I have made today from my number. You will die in anger and frustration after the responses that I have had from her. How can you say that I can not make you speak to any other supervisor as it is a lunch break ? Whats the problem in sharing team leaders of managers name?? what kind of security breach is that.. I seriously fail to understand.
I would suggest you to upgrade the standards of customer services in this high end industry where customers are treated as kings. Please listen to the conversation. But my issue still remains unresolved. I have ordered Lacoste Premium "Original" T-Shirts (please mind the word ORIGINAL) which I received a few days back. I was shocked to see after the first wash, there is a shrinkage in the fabric and I closely checked, even the logo of the t-shirt is not genuine. Which means I have been sent a Lacoste Premium "DUPLICATE" t-shirt with the name of Lacoste Premium "Original" T-Shirts.
Can we do something about both the things ?? (T-SHIRT & Pathetic Customer services)
