Unfortunately, there is no refund policy in place. I would advise others to avoid making the same mistake and not purchase from Deo Dap platform at all.

They Cheat customers in Mouthshut saying the issue is resolved Unfortunately, all the items are of extremely poor quality and I ended up having to throw them away. I was bounced back between two CSRs asking for videos etc. but no resolution even after furnishing all the evidence. Their tactic seems to be giving you run around until you finally give up. So, take your chances with DeoDap.

Another fake promise for my order #U2425-07-336111 as if the issue is resolved. There is a agent Darshan 7021 who connected me in WhatsApp and he is too arrogant. I feel I was cheated by Deodap. It also looks like a scam to get money from us by sending the broken pieces.
