hmm...let me tell u first thing.... eshopping in india is not yet fully organised....and tht too if u talking abut rediff... forget it... it will take hell lot of time to have a well planned and developed system for the eshopping...and for umbrella.... u had tht on rediff !!?? am shocked... you bett read more...

hi winasht, i personally feel tht u must have suffered a lot.... but after reading ur stuff i ll guide u to launch an FIR against RIM for not taking any actions. and regarding the call centre wala punga... u never have to be emotionally down.... u can easily trash them on phone by saying anything c read more...
