If you plan to go through your notice period of 2 months then there should be no issues. If too much harassment, use a lawyer....or just make the news public like Times of India Editor. If you plan to leave before notice period, then use the letter head approach I mentioned. For more info re read more...
manisha, Here's what you can do. I did the same thing. Get a WIPRO letterhead and write a relieving letter for yourself.
