Dear, talk to Purva Engineers/suppliers, they would tell you facts and one of the populer comment is, Purva has not executed any project which has more than 100 apartments successfully. They dont have skill/experiance to do it. Riviera is the first project thats why they are screwed here.

When you want to buy Purva Property atleast talk to Purva Engineers/suppliers, they will tell facts and honest advise about which builder is good .One of the populer comment is, Purva has not executed any project which has more than 100 apartments successfully. I forgot laughing since I bought flat in Purva Riviera, thanks for making me laugh. So how much did you get for writing this review? Hike?Bonus?Promotion? Or yet to get that, because in that case you are a loser like us.

If you are in riviera, let me know your flat number, I will point atleast 20 problems in your apartment, right from the front door. Anyways I believe this is written by some clerk/secy of Purvankara to do some damage control.
