I agree 100% with you on all your key points especially with point number 1.... Get the installation done and give them the money. Custome care is pathetic.......... I missed your review as i bought it on feb 5th.....

Airtel DTH review - Continue... As I was fed up with the customer care people, I have send a mail to airtel describing my woes.
