Mouthshut team I am thankful for your response and I am not happy at all by the response that I got from shopclues.com, I won't be using shopclues.com again neither I will be recommending it to anyone.
P S: if anybody want I have also uploaded the pictures of the product that I ordered, so that people don't think that I am lying.

Same thing happened with me,I have placed my order on 25th and it was supposed to be delivered by 29th, the courier guy came on 1st of oct and didn't deliver the package because it was too difficult for him to work in hot weather! This kind of bullshit service they provide to their customers who tr read more...
