After so many emails and calls they finally responded. And response was that they cannot give proper service and neither they will refund my money. Cheaters.
After requesting for connection closure , Connection termination request is also asked by Pathetic TIKONA , which is also done from my side. After that also these frauds are not ready to terminate my connection and refund my advance money .. CHEAT TIKONA
