That's just luck . snapdeal got the worst return policy you will ever see in your life ! There are no follow ups , customers dont receive any scheduled calls and no satisfactory response .

Stop using snap deal . I also have wasted more talktime than products amount calling their useless support . I thought eBay was the worst platform ever but snapdeal is also not far from it now .

And switch to amazon. They provide hassle free service . No talk , no drama direct refund . ??
They are totally fraud . all you can do is call customer care and ask the advisor to transfer call to supervisor . Supervisors are also illiterate but might help but better . And in worst case file a lawsuit in consumer court .
