They are never going to accept their mistakes....nothing happened
then very next day got call from them (they accepted their fault and apologized) and they told me “we are working on your case and will do exchange the drive with your data recovery.” They picked the product from my house through Blue dart and didn’t even call for 3 days after receiving the same.
