It's very disappointing service

It’s very disappointing service of "snapdeal.com" i ordered seagate external expansion portable drive 1tb (model no.stax1000302) and received different model (srdoof1). As i had called on your customer care number before placing my order to confirm the model no. And i was confirmed by one of your executive. After consulting your technical department.


I received drive on 29th and after one day i lodged my complain by calling you people, since then i called you four times even i had chat with one of your supervisor regarding the same. I am being made fool by your team. You all are giving me a mental harassment as i had very important work to do but from today drive stopped working and all my data lost.


Who is responsible for that????


As a consumer i have been waiting for five days but, no solution.


I am going to lodge complain in consumer court as i don’t have any other option.
