I am yet to receive the amount in my account after cancelling this order on November 3rd. Is this expected wait time or has been delayed at your end. Kindly look into my request and let me know when can I expect my money to be credited back
Just to add, I received an email and a call from ShopClues on 4th November that my money will be credited in next 4 to 5 days..it has past 13 days since then and am yet to see my money
Issue has been resolved, I received the package the very next day of posting my review feedback in MouthShut site. And also appreciate Percy (Aramex) for facilitating the followup and tracking for my consignment
