I have never seen such a pathetic services by any other big time online portals, where shopclues have been at lowest of the ebb.
I have ordered for "Endura Mass Weight Gainer - Chocolate(500g)" on 18th October 14 through order number "**23677149**".and my money was already credited to them
It has been more than 17 days and they have been just updated once on 25th Oct that due to unavailability there has been a delay and my order will be shipped in next 2-3 days.
Now it is more that 9 days after last update, and am yet to hear from them. While I tried to reach them out at "0124-4414888" their so called customer support number, that itself qualifies for a "BIG JOKE". I was put on their pre-recorded background score for close to 45 minutes, and none of the customer support representative had taken my call. I seriously doubt, if there are any customer support service existing for them?
Shopclues portal owners - please mark my word.if you guys keep your service levels at such a sub standard levels, it wont be long where you will be out of customer recall and mind completely
Huh.now still if someone from Shopclues has some morals and ethics left, and want to track my order and get me a response to my order, will appreciate it
