I absolutely agree... one of the most over rated products... I had heard so much about it from the whole herd..... was pretty shocked when I realized how non user friendly the product is and how sub-standard the service is. I had the same problem. The battery problem started 1month after warrenty period expired. The 'RAM' also had problems. Have spent Rs.5000 more on this piece of junk loaded with Vista. Spent Rs.4000 to load XP. Sworn off Lenovo now.

Absolutely..I think people should stop hallucinating about sony quality... sony dont have any. And the worst possible service to go with extremely over rated sub standard products
