Several emails, so many calls, what I got is poor connection, poor speed, false promise and nothing else.
ID : 1110320905 Complain ID = 1-3312053940, 1-3309675472 Talk to Wafa Vasgade for almost 2 hours. all she gave is false promise. Talk to Saneshwar Jamdade, all he talk is just nonsense. Still issue is not resolved and it has been bring up to even worst, I get 100kbps speed, where Plan is 4Mbps. tikona is just bad at it's services and don't takes a resonsible steps. they just gives a false promises. when I call them all they says is they will try to give me full speed they are read more...
