I have buy the most expansive plan of the ABC Broadband. All they give is poor service and customer care.Half of the time internet is down. when it is up speed is poor. I have 4MBPS connection. I get 512KBPS some time even worst than that. Calling customer care almost everyday. they are simply not able to provide the service.
When you call customer care you have to wait for 10 to 15 mins to talk to some one. After that all they ask you is plug in and plug out the cables and series of restart. at the end they simply fail to provide the solution and leave you with 48hours complain. After 48hours complain close automatic without any solutions.
This company is just worst than you think. poor service and waste of money and time. I wish this company get big impact on their business due to poor service.
MY RECOMMENDATION DO NOT BUY ABC Broadband SERVICE. THEY PROVIDE FAKE PROMISE OF 4MBPS. This is online fraud company. just takes your money and never provides a services.LOOK MY SCREEN SHOT BEFORE BUYING ABC Broadband
