I agree. Im facing the same problem...They are a bunch of illiterates running that place. the so called ''CEO'' is the most arrogant and illiterate person

Communication stopped from Tikona Looks like this matter will be dragged and i will have to start a fresh request or should i say start begging them to close my account. PATHETIC

again called the DAMN customer care and am again asked to wait for another 24 hours...........
24 hrs since i called the customer care..... i was promised i will get a call from tikona.... but still no call... HORRIBLE customer service!
