ya. I am also facing the same issues. the service staff is very poor. And they are charging illogically. not want to go there. So I find out a bike shop and do my all sevice there for my Honda Shine

i agree Airtel is not a good service provider in DTH segment. My friend got the connection but due to some problem he was not able to saw the TV. After a lot of unsuccessful visit by the Airtel DTH he changed to another DTH.
