Yes. It also depends on Doctor and on-duty staff serving at that point of time. Regarding room, before shifting first inspect whether AC is working( if u r opting for AC room). Also hygiene of room. No. It took longer time to heal the stitches. After few days stitch came out and she has to suffer lot. They don't even tell how to getup from bed.
