I was on busy schedule because of which I could not update this review .. The issue got finally resolved on 25 th of April by evening .... Airtel showed mercy on me at last !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I again called customer care and spoke to one of the team tead who introduced her self as lata ..... again apologies and a new time of resolution ... max by today evening ..... I am hoping that some one from service engineering will come and attent this issue by evening ......
Still no responce from service ENGINEER .... 4 th day since I registered my complaint .....
I called customer care once again as I was supposed to get a resolution by 4 PM today and no one called up till now ......
