How comfy is this for rear passengers for long rides?

I have a friend who has ridden about 140 kms. He hasn’’t complained of any body pain though. He isn’’t the fittest. The CBR250 is a sports tourer. Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai in a day. During this journey i lost the path (as was traveling at night time on old highway) because of which i traveled around 400kms at a stretch without a halt.
