thankfully one of those delivery managers left recently. New inefficient managers have replaced him for new projects.

So wat do they giv back when you prove your self and your work is recognized? Peanuts or coffee coupon for costa coffee. And don't kid me about your freedom of work. We all know how much freedom we all enjoy here.

Yeah you give 110% and they give you back 10%. They have no awards or recognition program.
