The speed is good and I have not faced any such issue in the past. Hence this kind of customer service came as a shock to me. Seems the service is deteriorating in Airtel.
Just to update all of you, my Airtel broadband finally did get rectified yesterday. An Airtel person visited my house at 7pm yesterday and did the needful in 15 min.
