Well Mr. SR Nair, there are quite a few, but gone unnoticed as after a period of truma, there used to be some solution coming up and we end up nursing our wounds, which will over time puts your interest of pointing out a time-waster affair. Thanks VidyaDutt, yes you are right, its very difficult to fight this gaint, who is at its will to harass the customers. I feel real helpless situation. Must be alot around us in same or may be even more pathetic situations than this. Thanks for the shoulder buddy.
