My horror started in Aug 22 and still continuing. In between designer left , supervisor went on leave twice , execution would come and work for maximum 2 to 3 hours a day as they have so many sites to show face everyday.

Employee mindset, no ownership. Just lip service be it marketing, designer, execution team or whole lot of person they add to the whatsapp group title Mr XYZ's 'Dream Home' though it's a nightmare in reality.
