Not correct with Indiatimes. Customer care dont know their boss and they tell you that Indiatimes in call u back in 4 hrs but they will not even response in 4 days. They are fraud.

Hr. Sajad! I think u r from Indiatimes shopping right.. Do you know how long it took me to get my refund? And how many times I called customer care and what stupid response they were giving?
