They are just cheater, They will take your money and ran away. Its horrible expereince. I gave order of Humpty dumpty(toy)My oder no is 111252208 but after 12-15 working days my order was status was not updated. Even I called cutomercare, even they didn’t have any update on my order. Finally I called them to cancel my order but still I am not sure when It will be I getting my money back.
I will request to just avoid doing any shoppoing of indiatimes or Window2India.com, they are cheater. It is my personal experience friends.
Now I am trying to cancel my order but its too difficult procedure to cancel it. You can’t cancel online you need to call customre care(You might need to dial 4-5 times again N again to speak with Someone) to cancel the order and they will tell that it will be done in next 48 hrs. But if you call after 48 hrs then there will be same answer.
