Well, they sent a decent team to pack, but really bad to unpack and its been now 15 days and no one has come to take care of my claim yet.

Come on!!! At least use proper English, you fraud. It's perfectly clear that you are their agent and since people are complaining after reading reviews about you, you are trying to give a positive review. Concentrate on your service instead!!!
