Well I can go on and on about them but in short never go with them even if you have given them money. Here are the reasons.
Hotels:
They didn’t put us in a single hotel that they mentioned in invoice all hotels were substandard and much cheaper if you would have booked directly
Transport:
I was promised heated taxi throughout the tour but didn’t get it. They keep changing the car and driver. Once it broke down and in Jammu they didn’t even bothered to give us one. We had to book by our own and pay. We also had to arrange for Vaishno Devi to Jammu. He said he will refund. didn’t happen.
Money:
I was told to give 10k in advance and rest when tour is over. A little later I was told to give 10k more because of some cash flow problem and rest when tour is over. As soon as I reached Shrinagar to begin my tour, I was told to give rest of the money even before checking in or else!
Customer Service:
The sales guy(Umar) was very pleasant and helpful. BEFORE they got their advance. Now the abuse starts. This is the saddest thing considering how beautiful the place is. They will not help you. They will not listen to your complain. If you complain to their superior they even stopped providing me transport:{
Even the hotel operators were sympathizing with us.
Bottom line:
Loss of 10k-15k is nothing when you want to have a great experience. Please do not book with them. If you have booked then leave the advance. Either go through some trusted operator with good reviews or go without the help of one. People there are pretty helpful.
