Just want to mention that it is a pretty well established method. The problem is really knowing when and where it is applicable. It is fact acting and works well in many cases, but not all.

This review looks 100% correct. Builder has taken over 95% payment and there is no labour / progress in last couple of months. It seems builder is using the money elsewhere and delaying this project.
