well i am in talking about chennai...i have atleast 10 fvriends who have complaints about dish tv's pathetic quality and service..unfortunately not all of them are active on mouthshut..may be the problem is specific to chennai..but still it is dish tv who would have appointed the franchisee..anyways read more...
