Reason? I have reasons...I will cite a few...
Their service network is full of low cost and inexperienced people who will make your life hell when they come for installation..only one person comes for installation.he wants to hear the tv sound when he is aligning the antenna..some kind of special sound comes when the antenna lock to a signal if you are in a independent house , it is fine..but in a apartment where terrace is not yours you will face the problem...you will have to keep the TV in full volume for atleast 2 hrs and ur neighbours will kill you for that..these people who come to install do not carry a receiver which will make our life happy
Their customer service numbers are not reachable any time...
Their picture quality and sound quality are not as it should be for a digital TV broadcast service.
Their set-top box heats up and reboots often. To replace it , you have to take it to the dish tv office ( not your retailer).
And many more reasons...That’s why they give so many offers but please do not get fooled by the...just visit any friend’s house who has dish tv and find out for yourself..
