Dear Bibu Welcome to the club. Have you paid 50% or more payment instalmanet to Sobha. Once they collect 50-60% of the payment they start shoing their true colors. Their modus operandi is simple, spread the funds, confuse the customer with lousy accounts and hide as much information. Take care o read more...

Sobha is someway similar to Satyam. It was a different organisation 5-6 years back, very honest and customer friendly.
