CHILDLINE is a national helpline providing emergency and crisis intervention services to children in need of assistance throughout India. Any concerned adult or child in need can access CHILDLINE's services. Calls are directed to the closest participating CHILDLINE organization so interventions can occur quickly. CHILDLINE reaches out to all children in need of support and protection, but CHILDLINE's services especially focus on vulnerable children including street children, child labourers, children who have been abused or trafficked, children with disabilities, children in conflict with the law, children whose families are in crises etc. CHILDLINE will reach out to every child in need and ensure their rights and protection through the 4 Cs: Catalyze systems through active advocacy. Collaborate through integrated efforts between children, the state, civil society, corporates and community. Connect through technology to reach the “last mile” Communicate to make child protection everybody’s priority.
