I am a consultant who helps organisations to establish and maintain processes and management systems. I am passionate about consumer rights. I believe that customer is the king and needs to be treated as a king. My interests are in reading just about anything fiction, non-fiction, current affairs, etc. I am also interested in cricket, quizzes and politics. I also love writing. I like to write quizzes and articles about current issues. Would love to attempt writing fiction. I love listening to old Hindi film songs of Lata, Asha, Kishore, Rafi, the music of SD & RD, Nayyar, Laxmi-Pyare, Shankar-Jaikishen.

Mathurji, I would request you to read Chetan Bhagat's novel and make a comparison of thenovel and the movie so that we get a clear idea of whether the novel is better or the movie adaptation.

Anshuman, nice collection of songs, the English Vinglish dance was good, but somehow I am not able to recollect anything of the song. The DDLJ/Hum Aapke kaun songs are my favourite.
