Hi Brross......I sent this same mail to Vodafonecare.ap and they replied asking me to activate Direct Debit from my account(I think they call it ECS). This option I had asked for, on my first day of visit to the store, to which they had told me to come back to the store after activation of my number read more...

Happy to Harass is the most suited word for these people. It is exactly that if you call them for any help they would find ways not to help. Their standard line is my system is under upgradation so please call 998850998850. And than when you call that number they would tell you to call 55666. And wh read more...

Hahaha......read my review on Blackberry storm offer. I went round and round for a week to the vodafone store and the 111. Got fed up threw the phone on the face of the executive who had sold me the phone. I am much happier now....happier than the Happy to Help bastards.....hahaha
