There was a change in my dates. They did communicate well in advance. While I was not so happy about this change in date, I was ok after they explained to me the reason for the change.

I am not sure about the late night charge by airline. Asking one if the child is yours is a legitimate question. It is possible that a child could be traveling with an uncle. TC cannot have some one accompany every one who goes for visa.
