Nationalized banks have one greatest advantage over private/MNC banks: all of their employees are Permanent employees, which none of these private/MNC banks can claim of. I completely agree. The service they offer is just too bad. Their website is always in 'being updated' state. No member can ever login to their portal. I agree with you on this. There's is the worst service that I have ever seen. Most of the time their call center phone will be dead. How do we as customers reach them in such cases ??? Run to their branch ... which are so few ???
