The overall maintenance cost till now has been zero, but i am yet to give my vehicle for the third servicing. But overall reliability of i20's are know to be good.
But after 1 year of owning a i20, i still feel that this is one real value for money car. No car in this segment can give it a real challenge.Don't just take my word for it. hi.. I did the Teflon coating from a very reputed Maruti dealer in Shillong. Though the initial take on the Teflon coating was awesome, things started to be different after few washes. Hi.. Try convincing the dealer for some cash discounts. And be very cautious during the Post Delivery Inspection. No, I haven't faced the steering rattle issue till now even as the condition of the roads in Shillong are not that great. Even Body rattle, as reported by some owners, are also not present till now. My car has clocked around 2000Km.
Hi... Till now the overall maintenance cost has been Zero with two free servicing done so far. The third is due in a month's time but i doubt that i may need to change the Oil or the filters as the minimum distance is around 6000 Km before they require any change.
