Yes! They do embarrass you. I was fooled by staff. I paid because they said if I decide to cancel I will be fully refunded with no charge. It has been over 6 weeks and I haven't received refund.

Yes! I wan't sure about if my daughter can attend or not and they insisted for payment. Staff said it will be refunded in full with no charge so I went ahead and paid.
