The notorious NPA problem of financial institutions is because of loan sanctions without judging risk. You may be bonafide applicant, but your experience suggests DHFL willing to give prudent norms a miss. Not a good sign at all...

Hi Kaustubh2901, Consumer court allows you to fight your case yourself (without a lawyer). Normally it will deliver judgement in 4-6 months and in 4-5 sittings. Please do not make virtue of a lapse. Check if housing loan companies are mandated to offer loan without guarantor. There are no free lunches; did you bother to figure out why so many PUBLIC SECTOR banks (as claimed by you)refused you loan, and DHFC obliged?
