The site person Mr. Venkatram Reddy behaves as if customers are his employees/slaves and have very less regards for anyone except money in cash with no receipts (except for base cost)
This is true, they take the amenities in cash, and even ask for maintenance in cash when the building in construction. Delay in completion and charge for even for small changes which may be need due to faulty design.
