It may be in bad taste but it is 100 % true. All you have to do is read the other reviews about this hospital to know that I'm not the only one dissatisfied and complaining.

Thanks for exposing them for what they are. I had a similar experience with Agarwal's for my mother. Luckily at the last moment, we opted out and had the surgery done at Narayana Nethralaya.
