it took a week, but finally a satisfactory resolution is done by Pureit.
today company sent a so called senior technician, the same guy who came. he was told by company to close it off anyway. he did something that stopped the change filters alarm. when i asked him to check drinking water quality, it showed TDS 284. its not giving drinkable water and this was the way t read more...
please everyone don't ever buy anything from tradus
the response tradus gave me was one mail on 10th June which asked me to call and arrange for a reverse pick up. I did and they said it will be done within 2 days. also they called and said it will be done in two days. and that's about it. this is tradus pronounce as resolving issue. is somebody read more...
