I'm a doctor who's done my MD in clinical pharmacology and am now pursuing a PhD at MIT in the US. I eat, sleep and breathe hindi movies and my favorites include Pancham, Gulzar, Asha, Amitabh and Rekha. Music, Movies, Nature treks, hiking, sailing, biking etc.

Hey Maddy That was a great review on a great album. Not only is it a great selection, but the personal insights that Gulzar provides make it special. Hey Lucky and Saif Apologies for not mentioning Amol Palekar. But that was really because of the fact that his performance is so central to the story that it can manage without mention. A case of the obvious being ignored. His performance indeed supports the entire movie.
Dear Maddy I love all your reviews because they are so informative. However the only reason I would only recommend and not highly recommend this review (I highly recommend all the other reviews of yours that I have read) is that your list tries more to add everyone possible under the sun (so what i read more...

Hey guys I deliberately left Bombay and Roja out of the list as they were dubbed into Hindi. I would include them in a separate list containing equally brilliant gems from movies like Kandukondein Kandukondein and Thiruda Thiruda. Ajit
