Very sorry to hear this, Yes we have simlar replacement of HIP ball which killed brother at KIMS by one of the worst orthopedic surgeon Dr.Krishnaiah.

Very sorry to read this.. even we posted a latest comment on KIMS for the worest treatment and has to lose my brother .. do you have any idea how to sue KIMS..
