For small cars,power steering is not required.The mileage will increase about 5 km/l if there is no powersteering because power steering is drawing energy from the engine.
From my openion fuel additives are not good for the engine.Company designs the engine to burn fuel.If something happens after adding the additives,company cannot be blamed.
