I too have been fooled by them. They are cheaters..not sure how to deal with them. Its been years now.

I moved to DISH TV and they are relatively good so far. Number of channels (including HD ) is far more than tata sky. Pic quality as good as any othe. The interface is not so good but who cares as long as channels are coming properly.
