Excellent point of view. In India, very often marketers ape promotional ideas from Western marketers and are then not able to manage it. This contest is a case in point. There are certain business support services like Business Centres, Virtual Offices, Serviced Offices, etc that just do not work in India. Conceptually, there's something inherently wrong with their approach to customers and their ability to provide the requisite services.

Thank you, Sharmila, but I prefer CDs. I have an excellent music system at home, one in which I have blown up a good deal of my salary! I don't know too much about this download thingy. If the CDs are available on Flipkart, Amazon, etc I would love to add them to my collection.
